Assessment at K
Who We Are
Formed in 2019, The Institutional Assessment Committee (IAC) has representatives from the faculty, Student Life, Provost’s office, Institutional Research, Center for International Programs, and Admissions. The work of IAC includes and builds on that of the former Faculty Assessment Committee which was decommissioned in 2021 after a successful twenty-year run. The IAC represents K’s emphasis on campus-wide assessment. In addition to unit-level assessment of curricular and co-curricular activities coordinated by the Assistant Provost, a major focus of the IAC is the K College Assessment Academy project on Institutional Learning Outcomes.
